Port Dundas Business Park enjoys an ideal and strategic location adjacent to the M8 Motorway and minutes from Glasgow City Centre. The Island Project

Lance Investments has commissioned various consulting companies comprising of architectual and engineering to devise and develop a practial "mixed-use master plan" in close working relationship with local authority bodies. The proposed development of c.1.2 million sq. ft. will include 450 apartments together with 40,000 sq. ft. which will include offices, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The development will be similar to Temple Bar in Dublin and Covent Gardens in London.
